Hidden Spark on his first outing for the yard dead-heated with the Paul Stafford trained Blue Raven in Division 1 of the Starlite Drive-In Cinema At Naas Racecourse Handicap under our apprentice Cian McRedmond.
Having been headed in the final furlong and a half, the Dream Ahead filly battled back gamely with Blue Raven in the final 200 yards to share the spoils following a photo finish. Speaking afterwards, Ado stated, “She had dropped back down to her winning mark & we will keep going on with her. The quicker ground today suited her & Cian was very strong in the finish”.
